"Watch this, watch this beat goin’ #Hooligan #BTS #방탄소년단 #BTS_ARIRANG," the band wrote in an Instagram post alongside a clip of the music video.
The visual for "Hooligan" features BTS reigning over a dystopian world, full of dark landscapes. During the video, the boybanders can be seen atop a red platform as masked dancers move around them in front of a palace.
Later in the video, BTS can be seen strolling through a gloomy passage, as civilians float above them.
“Watch this, watch this beat goin’ hooligan / We pop out, we actin’ a fool again,” RM raps on the song. “Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha, hooligan / Watch this, watch this beat goin’ hooligan.”
BTS previously released visuals for ARIRANG singles “SWIM” and “2.0.”

"Featuring 14 tracks, the album is packed with honest stories that BTS wants to share with ARMY, who have been waiting for their pm comeback as a whole group," a press release about the LP read at the time.
It continued, "Filled with the music that’s most true to BTS, the album is their heartfelt way of saying thank you to ARMY, who have been there this whole time."
Earlier this year, BTS revealed the dates for their upcoming world tour.
The band will perform in the U.S., Japan, the United Kingdom and Spain, and the shows are expected to conclude in 2027.
