The court reportedly pushed back Ex-Prince Andrew’s testimony as it postponed the case against the man who threatened him on a dog walk. The disgraced royal planned to testify in court this week. However, in a new update, the magistrate delayed the trial to a later date. Notably, ex-Prince Andrew was going to share evidence via video against 39-year-old Alex Jenkinson, who allegedly threatened the royal near his Sandringham home in May.

Ex-Prince Andrew’s Court testimony has reportedly been postponed due to health concerns regarding the accused, Alex Jenkinson. For those unversed, in May, Jenkinson reportedly approached the disgraced royal while he was walking the late Queen Elizabeth’s dogs, Muick and Sandy, on May 6 (via PEOPLE).
Jenkinson reportedly approached Andrew and used strong, threatening language toward him while Andrew was walking his dog. Interestingly, Jenkinson is also facing a second charge of using similar intimidating language towards a different man in the same location a day earlier.
Hello! magazine recently reported that Chief Magistrate Paul Goldspring postponed the trial until December 21. Notably, this is not exactly the good news Andrew was hoping for, as he has his own legal issues to worry about.

Police arrested the former government envoy on February 19 on suspicion of misconduct in public office. Investigators alleged that Andrew improperly shared confidential information with an unauthorized third party during his official tenure with the British government.
In October of last year, King Charles stripped Andrew of his titles and required him to vacate his official residence following public scrutiny over his past associations. He has consistently denied all allegations of wrongdoing.
Charles reportedly distanced himself from his younger brother. He revealed in a brief statement: “I have learned with the deepest concern the news about Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and suspicion of misconduct in public office. Let me state clearly: The law must take its course.”
