Natalie Portman shared a photo from a recent beach day.
She wore a retro black swimsuit and a straw hat.
Portman recently announced that she was expecting her third child.
Natalie Portman is "checking in" with the cutest beach inspo. The actress shared a new carousel on Instagram, which included a cute selfie from a sun lounger by the water—and, naturally, Portman, a long-time resident of France's capital, put her signature Parisian chic twist on beach day style. Portman wore what appeared to be a black one-piece swimsuit. In a retro nod, the swimsuit featured cute bows on each shoulder strap. She paired the bathing suit with a wide-brimmed straw gat with a matching black bow detail, along with a pair of black oval sunglasses.

Elsewhere in the carousel, Portman included photos of art from a number of Parisian art galleries, as well as a photo of her dogs.

Portman's idyllic day by the water comes just a few weeks after she shared the news that she was expecting her third child, and first with boyfriend Tanguy Destable, at the age of 44. “Tanguy and I are very excited,” Portman told Harper's Bazaar. “I’m just very grateful. I know it’s such a privilege and a miracle.”
Portman added, "I grew up hearing about how hard it is to get pregnant. I have so many people I love who’ve had such a hard time with it that I want to be respectful around that as well. It’s such a beautiful, joyous thing, and it’s also not an easy thing.”
Portman shares two children with ex-husband Benjamin Millepied: son Aleph, 14, and daughter Amalia, 9.
